	FESA advises that the chemical spill in Welshpool is now contained. Career Fire and Rescue firefighters are starting to neutralise the acid solution with lime and are expected to remain at the scene for the next few hours.

	FESA advises that there is a chemical spill in Welshpool, on the corner of Kurnall and Sheffield Roads. The spill was caused by a rupture in a bin on the back of a transport truck which spilled on to the road. The driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.

	Chemical spill incident in Welshpool

	FESA advises that there is an incident in Welshpool on the corner of Kurnell and Sheffield Roads. The incident was reported to FESA’s Communication Centre at 7.50am.
